INDUSTRIAL SITES VISITS:
On November 13th, participants will be welcomed in CEA List for an exclusive visit of the labs, followed by a cocktail dinner :
On Novemver 15th, participants will have the choice between 4 industrial sites to visit. Each visits will last between 2hOO & 2h30. The detailed information will be published soon, in between find below the bus shuttles timetables.
TO NOTE : Identity cards or passport will have to be presented at the entrance of the industrial sites.
NDT AEROSPACE SHUTTLES
A shuttle system will be set up from 13 to 15 November 2019. It will provide the following transfers:
- Round Trip Novotel Paris Saclay to NDT Aerospace
- Round trip transfers for conference dinner on Nov 14, back to Saclay and Novotel
- On the 15th, transfers to various industrial sites and back Saclay and Orly airport (connection with Air France shuttles to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport or public transport: Orly Val, RER)

CONFERENCE DINNER
Welcome in the Vaux de Cernay Abbey.
Located in the Chevreuse valley in the Rambouillet state-owned forest, is an enchanted place. Founded in 1118 by a group of monks from Savigny Abbey (in Manche) the Vaux-de-Cernay Abbey enjoys more than eight centuries of history.
Shuttles are planned to the Conference dinner from and to CentraleSupelec and to Novotel in Saclay.
